Lesson６のRebeccaさんがソフトを買うことをOKしてくれたかどうか気になるまま

次のレッスンに進みました。

※私が今受講しているのは　「中級インテンシブ・プログラム」の全12回です。

ここでは、まず、

①文章校正の基本、「接続表現」を学んで、時系列の文章を書こう、ということを学びます。

「接続表現」とは、英語で conjunctionといい、

First, After that, And then, Finally…といった言葉です。

だからといって、First, Second, Third, …と単純につづけると単調です。

他には、

In addition, Futhermore, One example is,　などですね。

続いて、

②お祝いの言葉、お悔やみの言葉　を学びます。

そしてついに気になっていたRebeccaさんの返信を読むことが出来ました！

 She has approved your request in principle.　合意してくれました！やった！

で、お題は、Page-2-Printの会社に、Rebeccaさんの質問と、購入の意思を伝える＆条件の交渉　です。タフなネゴシエーターですね、Rebeccaさんは・・・(*_*;

そこで先ほど学習した①の接続表現を使うわけですね。

Rebeccasaさんの要求は、

1. 無期限の電話サポートがあるか。
2. デザイナー向けの、出張トレーニングを提供すること
3. 数か月後にソフトのupgradeがあるなら、無料でupgradeできるか
4. 10こ買うので、20％ディスカウントを求めること。

これらをメーカーに尋ねます。

Furthermore, if you plan to upgrade this software within few months, could you offer us a free upgrade when the new version is available? We need to purchase the software as soon as possible as our company is planning to upgrade the our entire computers network to Windows 7 in two months. Lastly, we are wondering if you could offer 20% discount on our 10 license purchasings this time. We have 7 designers but will buy
